The calm of the Countryside awaits you... You'll be able to watch the owners' ponies as they go round the bend, and take your time observing nature. Only 3 km from the village of Peyrat for shops and services. Fishing on a private pond of approx. 1.8 hectares. Fish dominated by tench, pike and roach. No-kill fishing.
First floor: large living area with lounge (with WiFi, TV, insert), living room and dining area opening onto equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher), CH1 (1 bed 140*190) with private shower room and separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Floor: CH2 (2 beds 90*190) with relaxation area and bathroom with toilet. Terrace, adjoining grounds, private parking. Electric heating. Housekeeping package. Weekend rentals on request. Pets allowed under certain conditions, please enquire with the owner. Holiday cottage 400m from pond.

Ness Bel endroit calme
Détente absolue pour les personnes qui cherchent à retrouver la nature : marche, vélo, marchés bio, bons restaurants, visites de sites à proximité (filature, tapisserie, lac Vassiviere, etc) ; gîte bien équipé, matelas un peu mou, )

Corinne Un séjour au calme
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte La Bujade du Domaine de Voreille, à Peyrat-la-Nonière. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique : un domaine plein de charme avec son château, son étang, ses ânes, ses chevaux… un vrai havre de paix en pleine nature. Le gîte est très beau, confortable et décoré avec goût.
Un grand merci à Frédéric Chabot pour son accueil chaleureux. Présent et disponible tout en restant très discret, il sait créer une atmosphère conviviale et respectueuse. Une belle adresse à recommander les yeux fermés, que ce soit pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis !
