Enjoy peace and quiet with family or friends at Le Grand Chêne and Les Hirondelles (sleeps 15), surrounded by nature in the quiet hamlet of Le Boucheteau, just 5 minutes from the N145 expressway. Come discover the Creuse region, which has preserved its authenticity with its Romanesque churches, medieval castles, Aubusson tapestries, and the valley of the Impressionist painters from Glénic to Crozant. Plenty of attractions for kids: the wolf park, the giant maze, the tree-top adventure course in Guéret and at Les Pierres Jaumâtres near Boussac, canoeing and kayaking in Glénic, and fishing in the Creuse River. On-site: marked hiking trails, a 10m x 5m swimming pool heated by geothermal energy from May through late September (weather permitting), gardens, a ping-pong table, crayfish fishing in the Mazeaux stream, and little rabbits.

The Great Oak (sleeps 11): Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a seating area, an open fireplace, and space to add a large table for dining together, a separate half-bath, and a laundry room. First floor: a bathroom, a separate toilet, a dormitory with 2 bunk beds (90 and 140 cm) and 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with shower and toilet (160 cm double bed), Bedroom 2 (2 single beds) or a 180 cm bed, Bedroom 3 (2 single beds), Bedroom 4 (1 double bed 160 cm and 1 child’s bed).

Annex - Les Hirondelles (4 people): Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with exposed stone walls featuring 2 antique four-poster beds, a sofa and armchair, a granite fireplace with insert, and a bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet. Mezzanine: a bedroom with an antique 18th-century four-poster bed (160 cm bed and a child’s bed), a bathroom (bathtub, Hammam, and shower), and a separate toilet.
