First floor: kitchen, living room, sitting room (pellet stove - €9 per bag / depending on market prices), CH1 (2 x 1-bed), CH2 (1 x 2-bed), bathroom, wc, laundry room (fishing area, tumble dryer). Floor: mezzanine relaxation area, CH3 (1 bed 2 pl), bathroom. Underfloor electric heating. Covered terrace. Land of 3 Ha. Pond 9000 m². Fishing rights on private pond included: roach, gudgeon, perch, tench, carp. No-kill fishing for carp. Peak fishing season: May/June to September. Weekend rentals only in low season and with owner's agreement.
