First floor: Entrance hall with checkroom. Living room (TV 80cm) and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, 4 hotplates (gas and electric), fridge and freezer, oven and microwave... The living room opens onto a wooden terrace of over 40m². Comfortable bathroom with 90x110 shower cubicle and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and storage space. First floor: CH1 of 12m² (140cm bed and 90cm bed). CH2 with 140cm bed. CH3 with 160cm bed, relaxation area with library. Separate WC with washbasin. Private parking. Enclosed courtyard. WIFI (fiber). Electric heating. 3-week spa package available (based on €650 for 2 people, excluding July and August). Small pets allowed (limited to 1 per stay). Bicycle storage available.
