Fishing is possible on the 1,000-hectare Lake, a fisherman's paradise. Lake classified as 2nd category for fishing. Valid annual or temporary Fishing card or temporary) required.

Enjoy and discover Lake VASSIVIERE via the shoreline trail. Approx. 30km (signposted). A pleasant stroll along the water's edge, through undergrowth, over footbridges... A great place to relax, discover nature, swim and fish. Shops and services 4.5km away. After the effort, the comfort: meet at L'Atelier, located in Royère-de-Vassivière, for a lunch break, savour the homemade delicacies and visit the "local products" store.

Face aux Flots is a tourist rental offering every comfort, with the added bonus of a view of the Lake, as the house is just a few meters from the shoreline path. On the ground floor, a large 21m² living room and kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, combined microwave/oven, etc.) with 90cm TV. A 2-person bedroom (bed 140*190) with storage space. Shower room with WC. Upstairs, for teenagers, a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90*190 ) accessed via a steep staircase. A plot of land in front of the house and another at the back of the house with garden furniture/umbrella, deckchairs and electric plancha. Storage for fishing gear and bicycles.)
