The highlight of this large 12-person Holiday cottage: a magnificent view over the Countryside and the Chaîne des Puys d'Auvergne. Resourcing guaranteed! The courtyard overlooks the landscape and is equipped for young and old alike: swing, Cabin, barbecues, sunbathing. Our plus point: our 4 Holiday cottages have their own private lake, a little jewel in a green setting fed by springs (fishing and swimming). The green, undulating setting lends itself to outdoor activities such as Hiking, Fishing, cycling... 3 km from Toulx Sainte Croix with its tower and panoramic view, its very special church, the surprising Pierres Jaumâtres site with its tree-climbing course and restaurant, and close to Gouzon (10 min) with its golf course and Boussac (20 min) with its markets and shops. Good restaurants in the area to treat your taste buds! We do not accept stays for parties (bachelorette parties, etc...).

First floor: entrance, laundry room, living room, shower room, WC, large living room (wood-burning stove) with open, fully-equipped kitchen, extendable table for 12. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, 2 WCs. Attic with air-conditioning: CH5 (4 single beds). Electric heating and wood stove. Garage. Unenclosed grounds 1500m² (barbecue, swings, 3 tables, 2 sun loungers, 3 recliners). Linen and towels available for hire (subject to stock). Access to 3Ha pond (500m away) for no-kill Fishing included. Internet access on request (€30). We use B-SENSIBLE products (100% natural Tencel undersheet, comfortable and breathable. Elastic, waterproof and breathable membrane preserves the qualities of your bed and acts as a barrier against the development of dust mites and bacteria). 2 dogs accepted (except 1st and 2nd category). Arrival and departure times can be flexible in mid and low season.
