The Holiday cottage is 5 km from the village of Ars, 4 km from Lavaveix-les-Mines (all shops). In the area around the Holiday cottage, young and old alike can discover the farm in the company of the owners' daughter, not forgetting the many paths ideal for walks. Hiking in Saint Martial le Mont: 13 km circuit to discover the church of Saint Martial le Mont (n°31), and also access to a sumptuous panorama of the Creuse valley and surrounding area.
Detached house. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. Living room with wood-burning stove and 106 cm TV. Small sitting room with 1 single sofa bed (convertible into 2 twin 80x190 beds). Daniel agriculteur retraité , passionné par son travail a su transmettre le virus à notre fille Christine. Elle s'occupe de l'exploitation 135ha, 90 vêlages Limousin et travaille également au Lycée Agricole d'Ahun comme surveillante.
Josiane infirmière retraitée qui s'occupe des gîtes et accueille avec plaisir nos vacanciers avec qui souvent toute la famille sympathise.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gité niché au beau milieu de la campagne. La piscine et l'étang sont de vrais plus. La pêche a été bonne ! L'accueil est parfait avec des produits locaux en guise de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur !

Très bel environnement - Maison propre et agréable - piscine propre et pratique avec son abri
Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponiblesPeut être ajouter un parasol à la piscine pour les peaux fragiles :)
Après les mouches à la piscine pas top, mais c'est la campagne ! :)
L'étang et sa barque sont très sympas pour ballade et/ou pêche :)
Commerces à proximité, visite de la fabrique de nougat (très bon accueil et intéressante)

Cet endroit est un havre de paix : situé en pleine campagne, ce gite est authentique. En vieille pierre, au coeur d un hameau, en pleine nature : charme et repos absolu. Sa piscine et son étang de pêche privatif sont un plus. Les propriétaires sont charmants, et passionnés par le dur métier d’éleveur. Ils nous ont fait découvrir leur cheptel, un matin, avec un joli soleil levant. Pour les amoureux de la nature : foncez ! C’est l’endroit où il faut être !
