Need to recharge? Welcome to Mainsat. A charming, renovated house for 4 people, located in the heart of the village of Mainsat, in a peaceful and authentic setting. Ideally located for exploring the Creuse region, it’s close to the spa town of Evaux-les-Bains, renowned for its therapeutic treatments and Wellbeing facilities. Nature lovers will enjoy the many hiking trails as well as whitewater fishing on the Tardes, a river prized for the quality of its fishing spots. With a mix of relaxation, outdoor activities, and exploring the Creuse region’s heritage, this house is the perfect starting point for a rejuvenating getaway.

A semi-detached house attached to the owner's home, fully renovated and laid out over three levels. Ground floor: a cozy living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, as well as a separate half-bath. First floor: a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a TV. On the second floor in the attic: a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a foosball table for relaxing with family or friends. Outside: a dining area set up on the enclosed property allows you to enjoy sunny days in a quiet and pleasant setting. Private on-site parking, which is not fenced or secured.
