It's the ideal place to enjoy a magnificent view, or to take a walk or bike ride along the 30 km trail. You can also visit the Senoueix bridge or the Augerolles waterfalls, or even hike along the rigole du diable (1st category fario trout fishing). On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room (sofa bed - TV), a lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge, small freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). Bedroom 1 with 1 x 140*190 bed and storage space. Bathroom with shower cubicle and vanity unit. Separate WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine sleeping area overlooking the living room for 2 people only, with 2 140*190 beds (please note that the attic ceiling is too low to move around). Two terraces equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, one of which (16m²) opens onto the magnificent landscape of Lake Vassivière. Lockable storage room for your Fishing equipment (fridge and sink) or bicycles. Enclosed grounds. Non-adjoining private parking.
