Quiet gîte with fishing pond. Shutters closed, shutters open? In any case, painted shutters! Trompe-l'oeil on the facade to welcome you. Take a break. Reconnect with nature - everything invites you! An artist's interior, with delicate paintings by Catherine, the owner, or the carefully tended grounds. Some pets are allowed; dogs but not cats (free of charge) Here, you'll feel right at home whatever the season! Babies are welcome: the gîte is fully equipped! Children will discover a world of games in the basement. We've also thought of fishermen: a private pond is just 500m away. Shops and services in Le Grand Bourg (2km). Numerous hiking trails in the Gartempe valley, Scénovision in Bénévent-L'Abbaye 7km away.

Completely independent house set in large grounds with trees and flowers (2500 m²) and 500 m from a private pond (1 ha, fishing possible until August 15th, white fish and carnivorous fish). One-storey gîte on raised first floor. Entrance into a corridor leading to the various rooms. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer) separated from the living room by a door (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player). Three bedrooms: CH1 (2 single beds and 1 double bed), CH2 and CH3 (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet. Basement level with garden: garage, children's playroom, reading corner with library (unfinished floors and walls), washing machine, clothesline. Gas-fired central heating. Baby equipment (high chair, stroller, folding bed, etc.). Swings. Deckchair, barbecue. Terrace at front of gîte. Cats are not allowed.
