Élise, the owner, grows aromatic and medicinal plants as well as berries. Passionate about biodiversity and local traditions, she has also planted many fruit trees of heirloom varieties: apple, pear, plum, cherry, and peach trees. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the holiday cottage enjoys a particularly quiet setting where peace and quiet are guaranteed. Only one neighbor, a discreet vegetable farmer, occasionally uses the path to access his land, resulting in very little traffic. The owners, who live nearby, are available if needed while respecting your privacy: there is no direct line of sight to their home. Facing northeast, the house remains pleasant even during hot weather. You’ll especially appreciate its large covered terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in any season while sheltered from the sun. All essential shops and services are just 5 km from the holiday cottage. Take advantage of your stay to explore Moutier-d'Ahun, a charming village on the banks of the Creuse River, located 12 km away, renowned for its heritage and bucolic setting.

On the ground floor, you enter a spacious living area that combines the living room, the lounge (with a two-seater sofa bed), and the open kitchen (Senseo coffee maker – refrigerator with freezer), perfect for enjoying relaxed, convivial moments. Two steps lead up to the bright and spacious bedroom, furnished with a bed 140 x 190 cm (roller shade over the skylight). It features a private bathroom with a large shower. The toilet is separate. The holiday cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi. Baby gear can be provided upon request. Electric heating is included in the rate. Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided.
