Holiday cottage located in the commune of Basville. The first floor comprises a pleasant living room (flat-screen TV, games, pellet stove) and a fully-equipped kitchen, the centerpiece of which is the inglenook fireplace, a monumental feature of this dining area. Upstairs, a mezzanine (reading area) opens onto the inglenook fireplace. The family bedroom, a room with 1 double bed and, secretly, a balcony with a single bed nestling against the chimney flue. A shower room and separate toilet. Under the roof, bedroom 2 (1 double bed + 1 single sofa bed). Outside, a barn adjoining the house: fishing room, laundry room (washing machine) and toilet.
