Located in the commune of Corrèze, the Holiday cottage is ideally situated for discovering the region's natural and cultural riches. Hiking and cycling await you in the Monédières regional nature park. Fishing enthusiasts will love the surrounding rivers and ponds. In terms of heritage, the Château de Sédières and the surrounding villages are well worth a visit. And don't forget to sample the local gastronomy at traditional markets and restaurants.

The house includes:

On the first floor, a living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. A comfortable L-shaped living room with sofas and TV. A shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet complete this level.

Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms, two with 140 cm beds and one with a Queen Size bed. There's also a small bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a baby bed. There's also a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

Heating:
The house is heated by a pellet stove (the first bag is free, subsequent bags are charged according to consumption). Oil heating can be used if required; consumption will be recorded on arrival and departure and paid directly to the owners.
