This Holiday cottage occupies the raised first floor of the building, offering a functional and pleasant space for a natural stay on one level.
The entrance leads into a convivial living room with a fully equipped kitchen (small freezer, Senseo coffee maker, etc.) and all you need for your meals.
There are also two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. The first bedroom has two 90x190 cm beds, and the second a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
The staircase visible from the living room leads to an area that is not part of the rental (storage). A fan is available in summer, and the property benefits from Electric heating for your comfort in all seasons.
There's a 400 m² private garden with play equipment for Kids, ideal for families.
The lower part is occupied year-round, with a completely independent entrance.
