The magnificent 2.5-hectare estate features four detached houses set in parkland with ancient trees. Domaine de Mary is located in the hills above Brive-la-Gaillarde, 2 km from the City, but in a particularly peaceful setting. The estate boasts a large heated swimming pool (13.8 m x 14 m, 1.5 m to 3 m deep, curtained and alarmed) accessible from mid-April to mid-September, as well as a multi-purpose tennis court, a pétanque court and sports area, playground equipment (table tennis, archery, basketball hoop, soccer goal) and two electric bikes, two folding bikes, two racing bikes and a B'twin bike for exploring the beautiful region. These facilities are shared by all Holiday cottages.
The "Pool House" Holiday cottage, located close to the owner's house, consists of several well-appointed areas:
On the first floor, you'll find a light-filled living room with stunning views of the Piscine and garden. This space includes a comfortable sofa, TV, WIFI access and a dining area. The integrated kitchen is functional and practical, with all the equipment needed to concoct delicious dishes, and a shower room is also at your disposal, equipped with a shower cubicle and WC.
Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine bedroom with a staircase that divides it into two spaces. On one side, a comfortable 140 cm bed, while on the other, a single 90 cm bed. Each area has its own TV and air-conditioning. In addition, an electric charging station is available on the estate for your convenience.

Maman anonyme Semaine en famille
Gîte confortable équipé de la clim, très appréciable pour la semaine de canicule que nous avons eu. Très grande piscine bien équipée pour les enfants et équipements sportifs à disposition.
La propriétaire est disponible et discrète.
Seuls équipements manquants : quelques rangements pour poser les vêtements et valises dans la chambre et un peu plus de vaisselle seraient les bienvenus- Cleanliness

Valérie Un gîte formidable à l'image de sa propriétaire
Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer les meilleures vacances qui soient au domaine de Mary : un gîte très confortable (à noter la super literie) , un vaste domaine avec situation sur un promontoire offrant une vue à 180 degrés avec en prime des couchers de soleil magnifiques, une piscine de grande taille sans oublier le tennis, le basket et la pétanque … Et surtout la rencontre d’une hôte formidable , Mary, qui sait répondre à tous vos besoins, voir devancer vos attentes . Ce qu’il fut difficile de quitter ce lieu magique après 15 jours de vacances ! Un grand merci pour tout

L'endroit est très calme, avec une très belle piscine, des transats et parasols en suffisance, ainsi que de nombreuses zones ombragées.
Les équipements du gite sont correctes.
Nous aurions cependant apprécié la présence d'interrupteurs ainsi que de lampes pour éclairer le salon, l escalier, et la chambre à coucher; Pas facile dans ces conditions de monter et descendre les escaliers en pleine nuit!
La présence d'un "catalogue" référençant les sites d'intérêts, restaurants....de la région, serait un atout supplémentaire.- Cleanliness
