Situated 2 minutes from Uzerche, "The Pearl of the Limousin", and at the junction of the A20 and A89 freeways, this gîte is ideally located for exploring the region. The Uzerche water sports center is the perfect place to try your hand at canoeing or kayaking. Fishing is also on the agenda. You can also enjoy a swim in Lac de Bournazel in Seilhac or Lac de Poncharal in Vigeois. The AL GAULHIA Arboretum, 1 km away, offers a remarkable combination of trees and water.

On the first floor, the "Pierrelise" gîte features a living room with wood-burning stove (wood provided), TV, stereo, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom with 160x200 bed, en-suite shower room and recliner. Separate WC. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, 2nd refrigerator and a 4-burner gas stove). Games room in the barn for rainy days with table soccer, table and chairs. Bike and wood storage.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140x190 beds, a third with 2 twin beds X 90, 1 child's bed (60x140). Bathroom and WC. Reading corner with air-conditioning in summer. Beds made up on arrival.

Outside: pétanque, Molki, badminton, balls, bicycles ..... 2000 m² grounds with fruit trees.
