Superb, lovingly restored, character stone farmhouse in the heart of a small hamlet. Ideal for large groups, you'll enjoy the calm, space and nature surrounding the Holiday cottage. This semi-independent house, very bright thanks to its multiple openings with terrace, private garden of 400 m2 and courtyard, will seduce you with its beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding Countryside from the terrace and bedrooms. The grounds around the Holiday cottage are vast (5000 m2) and provide plenty of exercise for young and old alike (soccer pitches available).
In terms of activities, there are numerous Hiking and mountain bike trails in the area, as well as the beautiful waterfalls of Gimel, the Château de Sédières, the medieval city of Uzerche, the "Pearl of the Limousin", Lake Bournazel...
On the ground floor, the house comprises an entrance hall, an independent kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Next, you'll find a gaming and reading area, a large living room with dining area, complete lounge, TV, DVD player, then a bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room, an independent toilet with hand-washer and an independent shower room.
On the right-hand floor, there's a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a bedroom with 1 140cm bed, a separate shower room and separate WC.
On the left floor, there's a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed.
Possibility of an extra bed + 1 baby.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and mattress, changing mat, high chair from 4 months, 2 potties, bouncers, bathtub with adapted seat, seat for classic chair, crockery, bed rail.

Asso Les Enforestés Un beau gîte utilisé pour découvrir la forêt
C'est la seconde fois que notre association Les Enforestés, basée à Tulle, loue ce beau gîte situé tout prêt d'une forêt que nous avons acquise pour la protéger, et initier le grand public ou des salariés à la découverte du fonctionnement des forêts vivantes.
Un écran posé dans le salon permet de projeter un diaporama de présentation de la formation et très vite nous partons en forêt pour une découverte sensorielle des paysages, des sons, des odeurs, des cimes, du toucher...
Pendant ce temps Lolita profite de la cuisine pour préparer un pique nique amélioré avec des produits locaux, des boissons chaudes et nous rejoint le midi.
En fin de journée nous étalons sur la grande table les échantillons de plantes pour constituer un herbier après les avoir identifiées. Les deux jours suivants seront consacrés à la vie dans les sols, à la sylviculture à couvert continu, puis à l'évolution naturelle des forêts.
Les stagiaires, comme nous, sommes très satisfaits de ces séjours dans ce lieu où nous sommes très bien accueillis.- Cleanliness

N hésiter pas à aller au gîtes de Paul et Virginie , nous avons passer une super semaine et on hésitera pas à y retourner car les propriétaires sont d une gentillesse absolument remarquable, le gîtes est très propre très spacieux et très beau. On ne risque pas d oublier notre séjour la bas. Merci pour tout ce fut un séjour inoubliable

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires qui habitent non loin (très pratique pour conseils...)mais pas du tout envahissants mais au contraire très respectueux de notre tranquillité, gite magnifique, clair spacieux et bien équipé

Vivi Juste incroyable...
Des hôtes d'une gentillesse incroyable, la main sur le cœur et rendant service.
Un gîte exceptionnel spacieux, lumineux, hyper propre, super bien aménagé... un extérieur tout aussi agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la nature vallonné du secteur. Amoureux de la nature on ne peut que s'y plaire. Endroit calme et reposant.
Je recommande à 10000% et sans hésitation.
Nous étions une bande de copains motards Normands et avons clairement kiffer notre séjour chez Roberte et Bruno
