Superb, lovingly restored, character stone farmhouse in the heart of a small hamlet. Ideal for large groups, you'll enjoy the calm, space and nature surrounding the Holiday cottage. This semi-independent house, very bright thanks to its multiple openings with terrace, private garden of 400 m2 and courtyard, will seduce you with its beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding Countryside from the terrace and bedrooms. The grounds around the Holiday cottage are vast (5000 m2) and provide plenty of exercise for young and old alike (soccer pitches available).
In terms of activities, there are numerous Hiking and mountain bike trails in the area, as well as the beautiful waterfalls of Gimel, the Château de Sédières, the medieval city of Uzerche, the "Pearl of the Limousin", Lake Bournazel...

On the ground floor, the house comprises an entrance hall, an independent kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Next, you'll find a gaming and reading area, a large living room with dining area, complete lounge, TV, DVD player, then a bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room, an independent toilet with hand-washer and an independent shower room.
On the right-hand floor, there's a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a bedroom with 1 140cm bed, a separate shower room and separate WC.
On the left floor, there's a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed.
Possibility of an extra bed + 1 baby.
