Discover the "Onde Claire" gîte, nestled in unspoilt natural surroundings near the Maumont stream. In this enchanting setting, you can fish for crayfish and take a refreshing dip in the waters. A charming little waterfall just a few steps away completes the idyllic picture. This semi-detached house, carefully converted from an old barn, is located not far from the owner's residence. It's a true haven of peace, perfect for a stay with family or friends, combining modern comforts with the splendor of the surrounding countryside.

On the first floor, a bright living space welcomes you, bathed in natural light thanks to a large bay window that opens onto a terrace overlooking a vast meadow. This space is carefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV and Wi-Fi. The modern, fully-equipped kitchenette has all the appliances needed for convivial meals. There's also a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a shower room with separate toilet.
Upstairs, two further bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds.
On the landing, a bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal. Each of the three bedrooms has a spacious wall cupboard.
2 bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area.
