Holiday cottage in the heart of Argentat, a tourist city on the banks of the Dordogne, a must-see in the Xaintrie region. Close to many tourist sites and outdoor activities: Hiking, Fishing, Canoeing...
On the outskirts of the City of Argentat, on the banks of the Dordogne, in 9,000 m² of parkland, a lovely house for a warm and friendly stay.
The Holiday cottage has two bedrooms, one with 1 adjustable 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds. Shower room and WC. Living room with kitchen. Disabled access. Owners' Piscine shared with on-site guests - Pool dimensions 8m /4m and 1.90m deep (gradual slope). Open from June 01 to September 15.

Isabelle Un bon séjour
Nous avons passé une bonne semaine au gîte l'Oustal. La maison est située dans un grand parc agréable, au calme et à proximité du centre ville. La grande piscine est appréciable après les ballades mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter autant que nous l'aurions souhaité en raison d'une météo un peu capricieuse.

K and J Lovely place
Really good place for 2 people. May possibly be a bit tight for 4, but we loved it. Pool was super. Easy walk via pretty low traffic lane to town centre. The town is great with enough small shops, bars and patisseries, but still feels like a small place. Our host, Montse, was very friendly and helpful.

Viviane Très bon séjour
Très bon accueil, le gîte est bien adapté et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute de nos demandes.La piscine bien agréable et l'emplacement est idéal car on peut aller à pied, par des chemins piétons (sauf le pont) au très beau village.
