Located in the commune of Concèze, this detached Holiday cottage is housed in a charming house dating from the 1940s, set in fully fenced grounds. Accessed via a staircase leading to the entrance hall, the first floor comprises a convivial living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. An open fireplace, usable in winter, adds a warm atmosphere; wood is provided for your comfort. Upstairs, the Holiday cottage offers two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and one dormitory-style room comprising a double bed and two single beds. There's also a shower room, completely renovated in January 2026, and a separate toilet. This spacious, functional gîte is ideal for a stay with family or friends, in a quiet, pleasant setting in the heart of the Countryside.
