This superb, fully-renovated Correze-style house is set in a large, fenced plot in the Countryside.
Very bright with its large windows, it offers a 70 m2 ground-level living room including an open kitchen with island bar (oven, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, TASSIMO pod coffee maker...) a dining room and a relaxation area with two sofas and two armchairs, a television and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
A relaxation room with double sofa bed, table and TV completes the upstairs layout.
The two terraces with their garden furniture let you enjoy a calm and preserved nature.

Available: cot and high chair, changing equipment, pétanque balls, children's games, swing, trampoline and, from June to September, the large heated swimming pool, shared with 2 other holiday cottages and the owners, located close to the farm. All services, shops and sporting activities 5 min away.
At the crossroads of forty regions and as many départements, the "L'orée du Bois" Holiday cottage is ideally located close to many world-renowned tourist sites: Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Caves of Lascaux... as well as the largest concentration of "Plus Beaux Villages de France" (Most Beautiful Villages in France): Collonges la rouge, Turenne, Curemonte, Carennac, Autoir, Loubressac... In case of high temperatures, you'll also benefit from air conditioning on the first floor of the Holiday cottage. Not included in the price
