Air-conditioned family Holiday cottage with Piscine

Located in the peaceful village of Camps Saint Mathurin Léobazel, this Holiday cottage is a haven for nature lovers. Numerous footpaths lead you through beautiful countryside, offering breathtaking views of the Cère valley and the surrounding Forest, while the nearby Etang du Moulin offers a variety of water sports, perfect for relaxing or having fun in the great outdoors. The region is also renowned for its authentic gastronomy, where you can sample local cheeses, charcuterie and wines. To complete the comfort of your stay, a small 3 x 2 metre swimming pool has been set up in a greenhouse, offering a pleasant space to cool off and make the most of sunny days, making this Holiday cottage the ideal base from which to explore and enjoy the treasures of the Corrèze.

After a few steps, you'll discover the gîte that awaits you. On the first floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen and a living/dining room, complete with wood-burning stove. The lounge area is equipped with armchairs, a sofa and a TV for your moments of relaxation. There are also two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 160 cm bed. Upstairs, a spacious Kids' landing awaits you, with toys, books, a table, chairs, a hanging chair and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. You'll also find two bedrooms: a very large one with two 90 cm beds and a 160 cm bed, and another with a 160 cm bed. For your convenience, there's also a shared bathroom and toilet.
