Marie-José and Jean-Marie welcome you to their four-bedroom Holiday cottage, which sleeps up to ten people. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. The Holiday cottage includes a spacious 35 m² living room with an adjoining 25 m² terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and two ovens.

Outside, enjoy a 5 x 10 m fenced swimming pool and a 100 m² Beach with deckchairs and parasols. Situated just 200 m from the Dordogne River, this Holiday cottage enjoys an exceptional setting in the heart of a valley designated a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Explore the charming surrounding villages of Argentat-sur-Dordogne and Rocamadour, or go hiking, canoeing, paddling and accrobranche. After your adventures, relax in the shade of the lime tree, around a large table by the swimming pool, lulled by birdsong.

This Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house comprises four tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. There's a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining room and a comfortable living room, as well as a pleasant terrace with an LED-lit pergola for cosy evenings, 2 single-seater armchairs and a 3-seater garden sofa. The Holiday cottage is also connected to Wi-Fi and surrounded by a 2000 m² landscaped garden, where you can enjoy a secure swimming pool (5x10).
Parking is also available.

For larger groups, extra sleeping is available in one of the bedrooms, which is equipped with a 70 cm bed.
