Nestled on the heights of Saint-Cyprien, at the gateway to the southern Corrèze region, this little house offers a privileged setting for a peaceful stay, with unobstructed views over the surrounding valley. Close to the owner's house, it benefits from a peaceful setting and enclosed grounds, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. The Holiday cottage has a lovely terrace and balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors at any time of day. Inside, you'll find all the comforts you need, in a warm atmosphere that reflects the authentic charm of the Corrèze. Nature lovers will appreciate the many Hiking trails in the vicinity. You'll also be ideally situated for discovering listed and emblematic villages such as Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Curemonte and Saint-Robert. Just a few kilometers away, the Dordogne valley is the gateway to unmissable sites such as Lascaux and Sarlat, a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, heritage and discovery.

A few steps take you to the first floor, where you'll find a convivial living area comprising a lounge and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room is organized around a wood-burning stove, and features a sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV for cosy moments in all seasons. On either side of the wood-burning stove, two sleeping areas provide privacy: the first bedroom, accessible by three steps, is equipped with a 140cm bed. On the other side, a few steps lead up to a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). From the living room, a French window gives access to the shaded terrace and garden. On the kitchen side, a large French window opens onto the balcony overlooking the valley, offering a privileged view of the surrounding countryside. From the kitchen, you also have access to a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Bathroom linen provided. Wood for the fireplace can be provided on site, subject to payment to the owner.
