Sornac is an ideal starting point for a wide range of Hiking and cycling trails through the magnificent panoramas of the Plateau de Millevaches, its forests, peat bogs and lakes.
Take advantage of the Etang des Chaux beach for relaxing and family picnics, a leisure park (city-stadium, table tennis, table soccer, Kids' games) and numerous summer activities. Fishing at Lake des Chaux starts in April and lasts until the end of October.

Holiday cottage "les Myrtilles" is a detached house located within the campsite and the Lake des Chaux on an unfenced plot with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers: filter and Senseo pods, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine), a dining room with small sitting area, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) giving access to the shower room - separate WC; and upstairs, a Mezzanine bed with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm) that can be joined together to form a single bed (180cm).
A cleaning kit with eco-responsible products is provided.
Small carport, outdoor barbecue with wooden table and benches.
Pets allowed under owner's responsibility.
