On the border between Quercy and the Dordogne Valley, a beautiful, characterful detached house on enclosed grounds, restored with exposed red stone walls and wooden beams. Private swimming pool, heated from May through September (weather permitting), fenced and landscaped, with an alarm system (8m x 4m). Cleaning fee: €80; for stays longer than one week, €95. 8 kW of electricity included per day; any excess usage must be paid for (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure)

Large covered terrace with a wrought-iron pergola measuring 8m x 4m. 4 bedrooms (3 140 beds, 2 90 beds), living room with built-in kitchenette, sitting room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, gaming room, electric heating, digital TV, terrace, 2-car garage, ping-pong table. Heated Piscine from May to September, weather permitting.
The holiday cottage consists of the following on the ground floor:
- One bedroom with a 140 bed
- One bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two 90-cm beds and the other two each with a 140-cm bed
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

AIR CONDITIONING in the bedrooms as well as in the gaming room on the upper floor

Cleaning supplies provided. An additional security deposit of €80 for one week or €95 for stays longer than one week will be required by the owner (UNLESS THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING PACKAGE is selected as an option by the guest).
