Situated on a vast green plot, you'll have all the space you need to feel free in the fresh air!
Close to the Dordogne Valley, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve (preserved landscapes and species) and just a stone's throw from the Cantal and Lot regions. Fresh air, starry skies and birdsong will be your only concerns... Rented for 8 people maximum with 4 rooms or for 4 people (19G53831 with 2 rooms "Les 7 Sources" and "Rêve d'été").

On the ground floor, the house comprises a dining room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a laundry area, a living room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV and DVD player (access via a downward step), a shower room and an independent toilet with water point. The first bedroom, "les 7 sources", with a 160x200 double bed, is on the ground floor.
The other three bedrooms are upstairs:
From the kitchen, access to the "Feuille de Vigne" bedroom, double bed 160x200, with its own shower room and WC.
From the living room, access to the "Rêve d'été" bedroom, 2 single beds 90x200, which also benefits from an outside staircase with a small perron.
From the living room, access to the "Brin de Tilleul" bedroom, double bed 160x200.
Plancha, private parking. Old bread oven can be used for storage.
Board games, badminton, swing, slide, bowling green.

Price includes : Bed linen, heating, electricity. Electric vehicle charging not permitted.
Price does not include: Cleaning 70€ / towels 5€ / person.
