Combining the charm of the past with the cachet of local stone and meticulous decoration, this Holiday cottage will meet all your expectations for a successful, comfortable and relaxing stay. Situated on a vast green plot, you'll have all the space you need to feel free in the fresh air! Close to the Dordogne Valley, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve (preserved landscapes and species) and just a stone's throw from the Cantal and Lot regions. Fresh air, starry skies and birdsong will be your only concerns...Rented for 4 people maximum or 8 people (19G5383 with 4 bedrooms.)

On the first floor, the house comprises a dining room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a laundry area, a living room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV and DVD player (access via a downward step), a shower room, an independent toilet with water point and a "les 7 sources" bedroom with double bed 160x200.
From the living room, access upstairs to the "Rêve d'été" bedroom, with two 90x200 single beds, which also benefits from an outside staircase with a small perron.
Plancha, private parking. Old bread oven can be used for storage.
Board games, badminton, swing, slide, bowling green.
