Holiday cottage located between Corrèze and Périgord.
Close to Terrasson and all the prehistoric sites of the Dordogne,
Numerous sporting and tourist activities within a 20 km radius.
In the village: Bakery/grocery, restaurant, pizzeria, hairdresser, escape game, equestrian center, tennis court, soccer field, basketball court, hiking/ mountain-biking/horse-riding trails,
Terra aventura, petanque court, Kids' square.
The house features a 9x4 outdoor saltwater swimming pool with safety fence, available from May 15 to September 15. The bottom slopes gently from 1m10 to 1m65.
Inside, on the ground floor, you'll find an independent, fully-equipped kitchen (SENSEO coffee maker), a living room, a bathroom and an independent toilet.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds 140cmx190cm and one bed 160cmx200cm, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
A €100 cleaning deposit is required if the cleaning option is not booked.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners.
The owners have a Jacuzzi available at no extra charge.
Several parking spaces are available on site.

Camille S Gite très agréable
Gîte très agréable dans un très beau village. Le logement est très bien équipé et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine est grande et agréable mais aucun coin ombragé et un tout petit parasol qui ne suffit pas par grande chaleur.
Bon à savoir les propriétaires sont séparés de la piscine par un muret d'un mètre laissant peu d'intimité malgré leur discrétion. Egalement ils ont 4 chiens il faut être vigilant avec son propre chien.- Cleanliness
