Located in the town of Lubersac, in the heart of a peaceful, lush green setting. You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and stunning sunsets from the terrace.

Ground Floor: The holiday cottage features a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a cozy dining area and a comfortable living room with a TV.
This space opens directly onto a large furnished terrace, perfect for spending time with family or friends. There you’ll find a 6 x 3-meter chlorine-heated Piscine, 1.30 meters deep, open from April 1 through the end of October, weather permitting.
It also includes:
2 bedrooms with beds 160 x 200 cm;
2 private bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms, one of which includes a toilet;
A separate toilet.
