This charming house with its own entrance and large 200 m² garden is set in a sunny valley on a 5 ha property. A lovely bucolic setting offering peace and quiet. The tastefully decorated Holiday cottage has all the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay. Fresh air, nature and birdsong will be your only concerns in this idyllic setting!
For animal lovers, around the Holiday cottage you'll meet Gaspard the donkey and the mares! Fishing available on site. Many Hiking trails start from the Holiday cottage, and in season, mushroom hunting is also possible. Near Aubazine and its viewpoints, 15 minutes from the Golf course. Beynat and its Lake, ideal for swimming. But also Collonges la rouge and Beaulieu sur Dordogne, classified as "France's most beautiful villages", as well as Turenne and its castle.

The house comprises : 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm, 1 double bed 140cm, 1 double bed 160cm), kitchenette open onto living room and sitting area, shower room and bathroom, 2 WCs, decorative fireplace. Free wifi connection. Baby equipment, children's bikes (2 to 12 years) and swings are available. For older children, under supervision, crayfish fishing and boating on the river. Numerous services are available: baby babysitting, cleaning 70€... Bed linen, towels and household linen provided, with beds made up on arrival. Tourist tax: €0.95/day/adult.
