Characteristic Holiday cottage in a former 18th century mill on the banks of a listed river in the heart of the Countryside. This charming house with its own entrance and large 200 m² garden is set in a sunny valley on a 5 ha property. A lovely bucolic setting offering peace and quiet. The tastefully decorated Holiday cottage has all the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay. Fresh air, nature and birdsong will be your only concerns in this idyllic setting!
For animal lovers, around the Holiday cottage you'll meet Gaspard the donkey and the mares! Fishing available on site. Many Hiking trails start from the Holiday cottage, and in season, mushroom hunting is also possible. Near Aubazine and its viewpoints, 15 minutes from the Golf course. Beynat and its Lake, ideal for swimming. But also Collonges la rouge and Beaulieu sur Dordogne, classified as "France's most beautiful villages", as well as Turenne and its castle.

The Lot and Dordogne rivers are nearby.
On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker...) opens onto the living room and sitting room (decorative fireplace). On the same level, a bedroom with a 2-person 160cm bed. Shower room with WC.
Upstairs, the Holiday cottage has two bedrooms: one with two 90cm single beds and the second with a 140cm double bed. On the same level, a bathroom with WC.
The 200m² enclosed garden in the heart of a 5-hectare property is undeniably conducive to relaxation and rest.

Baby equipment, Kids bikes (2 to 12 years) and swings are available. For older children, under supervision, there's fishing for crayfish and boating on the river. Numerous services are available: baby babysitting, cleaning 70€... Bed linen and towels supplied with beds made on arrival.
