The house is in the heart of a hamlet in the countryside, not far from the village of Allassac with all amenities. Located in the Corrèze department (19), in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, the bordering departments are the Dordogne (24) and the Lot (46). A late 18th-century farmhouse built of typical Corrèze stone, our house is located at the gateway to the Dordogne and not far from the Lot. The village of Allassac (3km away) offers all local shops and services.
On the unoverlooked garden side, you'll find a wooden terrace dedicated to family meals, as well as a large stone terrace with a lounge under a pergola overlooking the swimming pool and a magnificent unobstructed view of the garden and the Vézère valley.
The swimming pool (8mX4.5m X1.65m deep) is equipped with an immersed Beach and secured by an electric shutter, offering relaxation in heated water from early May to late September.
The house is equipped with private parking (up to 5 cars), a charcoal barbecue, a gas plancha, a fireplace with open or closed hearth, a ping-pong table, a separate TV lounge, indoor and outdoor games for young and old.

The entrance to the house is via a very large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, Senseo pod coffee maker...), dining room, a cosy area with two benches and a fireplace (open or closed hearth) with direct access to the terrace and Piscine, and an air-conditioned TV lounge with 2 reclining sofas, a flat-screen TV and a video projector.
The master suite on the first floor features a 160cm bed with full dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, double basins, mirror, towel dryer, storage space, tumble dryer and washing machine, and separate toilet.
A wide wooden staircase leads to the upstairs relaxation area, as well as to the sleeping area.
You'll find 4 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, plus one with a 180cm bed, as well as a bathroom complete with bathtub, washbasin, storage space, towel dryer and separate WC. All rooms are air-conditioned. Extra bed available on request.
