The "Chalet de Patou" is nestled in an 8-hectare green setting on the edge of a shady pond.
It's the ideal place to come and fish (carp, tench, roach, perch, pike...) or just relax and forget your everyday worries for a while.
Quietly located, yet close to the shops, you're 5km from Pompadour, the city of horses, 7km from Ségur le Château, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, in the verdant Corrèze region, rich in gastronomy and tasty fruit: apples, raspberries, chestnuts, walnuts, depending on the season. 12 TERRA AVENTURA trails within a 20 km radius, so you can discover the riches of our heritage while having fun.

A cozy, independent, single-storey chalet combining comfort and modernity, with a north-west-facing terrace overlooking a beautiful pond (almost 1 hectare in size), where you can relax and observe the surrounding nature.
You'll have access to two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds (90cm), the second with a double bed (140cm)), a living room with kitchenette, a shower room and WC. The Holiday cottage has Electric heating.
Outside you'll find garden furniture, a barbecue and outdoor games for Kids (swing, slide).
