A quiet Holiday cottage for a peaceful vacation

This characterful Corrèze barn, entirely restored in the local tradition (stone, slate, exposed oak beams, fireplace with wood-burning insert) is located in a typical Corrèze hamlet, and is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. It's the ideal place to enjoy peace and quiet, nature and lush green landscapes: numerous hiking trails on site, mountain biking, mushroom picking in season, numerous lakes for swimming or fishing, Gimel waterfalls, Sédières castle, canoeing, accrobranches... and just 1h30 from Mont Dore!

On the ground floor, the house comprises a kitchen, a living/dining room (with fireplace), separate WC and a second dining room with sofas in the veranda overlooking the entrance gate. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm), plus a shower room with WC.
A small terrace (with garden table and barbecue) can be accessed from the side of the house to enjoy a meal or aperitif outside, and in front of the Holiday cottage is a small enclosed courtyard of 70 m2 with deckchairs for sunbathing.
Nearby is the owners' farm (cattle breeding).
First case of wood free, then 8 euros per wheelbarrow.
