The gîte, nestled in Cublac near the owner's residence, enjoys a privileged location close to the A20 and A89 motorways, as well as Brive-Souillac airport. Surrounded by vast meadows and woods, it offers a peaceful, serene setting, ideal for relaxation and escape.
The view unfolds over charming gardens, embellished by an above-ground outdoor swimming pool, which is not heated. This is complemented by a large private wooden terrace measuring 9 by 5 meters, creating an ideal space to relax and escape into the heart of nature, while enjoying the surrounding surroundings.

You'll need to climb down a few steps to reach the Holiday cottage. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a small entrance hall leading to a shower room with shared toilet. Up four steps, you'll discover a pleasant living space, comprising a lounge, a living room and a kitchen. In addition, a comfortable bedroom awaits you, with a 160 cm bed, offering a soothing view of the garden and Piscine, with mosquito nets on both windows for your comfort.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 90 cm bed, both with reversible air conditioning.
Electric heating. Firewood can be purchased directly from the owner.
