In the heart of the village of Gimel-les-Cascades, this 4-person Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring one of Corrèze's natural gems. Here, everything is within walking distance: village shops, quiet lanes and, above all, access to the famous waterfalls. Just a few minutes' walk away, the spectacular Cascades-de-Gimel unveil their three levels of waterfalls, nestled in an unspoilt forest environment. The accommodation, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, is an ideal base from which to explore the region. Its central location makes it easy to reach all the major sites in Corrèze: Tulle, a city of art and history just a few kilometers away, Collonges-la-Rouge, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne and the banks of the Dordogne, Hiking, Swimming and discovery tours in unspoilt natural surroundings. A simple, well-located place to take full advantage of an authentic territory.
The Holiday cottage has its own private grounds of around 1000 m², including part of a fenced garden, with direct access to the river below. This unspoilt natural setting guarantees a calm environment, ideal for relaxation and walks.
First floor: - Living room with lounge and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge and outside area, with direct access to the terrace via French windows - Separate WC First floor:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), reversible air-conditioning, and a library area - A bedroom with two 90 cm beds, reversible air-conditioning - A shower room with WC The stay is all-inclusive: electricity, heating, wood, sheets, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning Reserved parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage.

On a aimé à notre arrivée l'espace parking privatif tout près du gîte.
On a aimé le charme de cette petite maison au sein du village.
On a aimé cuisiner avec tout le nécessaire sur place.
On a aimé se réchauffer dans le confort cosy à la chaleur du poêle à bois lorsque le mauvais temps nous a confiné à l'intérieur.
On a aimé se retrouver le midi à déjeuner sur la terrasse lorsque le soleil nous a brusquement ramené les joies de l'été.
On a aimé le calme de la nature avec juste le doux bruit de la rivière en contrebas de la maison.
On a aimé bavarder et échanger cordialement avec Michèle et Pascal, les propriétaires.

oli petit paradis
un cadre magnifique immergé dans les forets de Corrèze un accueil chaleureux fait de petites attentions et des propriétaires qui restent discrets ,vraiment je recommande le lieu ;juin préserve de l'affluence de l'été pour ceux qui aiment le calme

Caro Superbe découverte
Superbe gîte avec tout le confort, les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes.
Le jardin est superbe et bien entretenu, sur la terrasse on attend les cascades c'est très agréable.
Le village est magnifique, tout en pierre avec quelques magasins d'art (bijouterie, poterie) et un restaurant/boutique avec produits frais et bio, très bon accueil également.
On peut faire de belles randonnées tout est accessible à pied, les grandes cascades comme les cascadelles et le village en lui même regorgent de passages intéressants.
À visiter absolument attention néanmoins aux passages étroits en voiture !- Cleanliness
