Situated on a hillside, it benefits from maximum sunshine, allowing you to enjoy the covered swimming pool (10x5m, 1.5m deep, salt water) and solarium. The pool is open and heated from April to September (weather permitting). At step level, a small area with little floor space, ideal for babies. Built on two levels, but both accessible on the same level, it is ideally designed for families or groups of friends.
Games for Kids (board games and an outdoor swing) are available, as well as a ping-pong table and a pétanque court (boules provided) for long games...

The garden level comprises two bedrooms with 2 twin beds 90X200, one of which with 1 Baby bed, bathroom with disabled access, WC. 1 washing machine and 1 dryer.
The upper level (ground floor) comprises 4 bedrooms (two with 2 twin beds 90X200, one with 1 bed 160X200 + 1 bed 90X200, one with 1 bed 160X200), shower room + WC with reduced mobility access, bathroom, separate WC. 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer.
