Nestled in a farmhouse comprising a barn, pigsty and shed, this detached house has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is located in a small, serene hamlet. You'll love its lovely terrace, which opens onto an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gentle pace of life. What's more, a nearby second home adds to the appeal of this friendly location.
And if you feel like it, you can explore the farm with a guide, who will show you the cows, pigs, sheep and farmyard animals such as hens, guinea fowl, turkeys and rabbits. You can also take a leisurely stroll along the trails or through the forest in search of mushrooms and other natural treasures.
This Holiday cottage is equidistant between Limoges and Brive, easily accessible via the A20 freeway. At the entrance, a cocooning area invites you to relax, with a bench seat for your approval. Inside, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen/living room, perfect for sharing cosy meals. The adjacent, inviting living room features plush sofas, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV. A spacious terrace, accessible via the kitchen door, awaits you to make the most of sunny days. There's a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and wall-mounted seat, and a shared toilet. The sleeping area, on the same level as the shower room, comprises three bedrooms: the first with a 160 cm bed, the second with a 140 cm bed, and the third with two 90 cm beds.

Alex Excellent séjour
Gite très confortable fonctionnel et à la décoration soignée. Terrasse et jardin très agréables et bien aménagés pour y manger et s'y détendre. Au calme et bien situé pour découvrir la région. La propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et reste disponible au besoin, elle nous a fourni des informations utiles pour les courses et les visites à faire. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons en vacances dans le secteur.

Héloïse Gîte à la campagne
Séjour au top dans un gîte de qualité. Très bien équipé et très confortable. La proximité avec la ferme est idéale pour profiter des animaux accompagné de Huguette et Fernand, merci à eux. Nous avons très envie d'y retourner avec le reste de la famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très agréable. Un très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire, et ses parents toujours prêts à nous renseigner et à nous aider. Les oeufs frais un vrai régal et les légumes du jardin ont été appréciés. Ma petite-fille a adoré aller donner à manger aux poules.... en un mot génial. Merci Sandrine, je conseille ce gîte sans hésitations.

boule Spacieux et calme
Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Sandrine, propriétaire du gîte. Nous la remercions vivement pour les cadeaux de bienvenue. Très agréable séjour dans un gîte tout confort, très bien équipé et très bien pensé. La terrasse est super agréable. Nous avons apprécié l'espace, le calme et les animaux tout proches. Nos petits enfants ont été enchantés de pouvoir profiter des poules, des lapins, des moutons et des vaches ainsi que du chien Lucky qui a été un adorable compagnon durant toute la semaine. Fernand et Huguette ont très bien répondus à toutes leurs questions concernant les animaux. Merci beaucoup pour leur patience et pour les œufs, ce fut un régal ! Gîte proche de tous les sites à découvrir. Une adresse à retenir!
