Beautifully restored 18th-century house full of character. It is ideally located in the heart of a peaceful hamlet in the Dordogne Valley, with direct access to the Dordogne River (150 m). At the gateway to the Lot department, it's close to the major sites of Rocamadour and Padirac, the exceptional natural sites of Causse de Gramat and Gorges de la Cère, and France's most beautiful villages: Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Collonges-la-Rouge, Autoire, Carennac, Loubressac, Curemonte, Turenne... Numerous activities nearby: Fishing, canoeing, Swimming, Hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, Golf, Tennis, climbing, caving, paragliding, hang-gliding ... Close to all shops and services. Piscine and Base de loisirs nearby.
Beautifully restored, non-smoking house with character from the 18th century.
On the garden level, you'll find the cellar and laundry room.
On the second floor, a 14 m² covered terrace and a passageway also covered on two sides.
Beyond the entrance you'll find the living room with TV and fiber-optic wifi, kitchen-dining room and pellet stove.
On the same floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms, a shower room with walk-in shower (Handicapped access) and WC. The first has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the second has 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), which can be combined to create a 2-person bed (160 cm; please specify when booking).
Outside: spacious grounds, garden furniture, barbecue and private parking.

Guénola Maison du pêcheur
Excellent séjour en famille dans ce gite joli, confortable et bien équipé. Le hameau de Thézel, dans une boucle de la Dordogne, est calme et bien situé, avec commerces et nombreuses promenades à proximité. Le gite bénéficie d'un grand terrain, accédant à la rivière. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires, très chaleureux et prévenants.
