La Maison de Renée is a beautifully restored old farmhouse on the edge of a peaceful hamlet.
Situated on the edge of a forest, you can enjoy the restful calm of the countryside, 15 km from Brive-La-Gaillarde and its many activities.
The large south-facing bay window opens onto a terrace and a vast clearing.
It can accommodate up to 12 adults and 3 children.

The first floor features a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living-dining room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, a separate toilet, a characterful vaulted cellar furnished with cosy armchairs and a high table with stools.
Upstairs, a small lounge-library with its beautiful fireplace leads to 6 bedrooms with 5 beds (160x200), 2 of which have their own shower room, 5 beds (90x200), 2 additional spacious shower rooms and 4 separate toilets.
Piscine 8x4, 1m60 deep, open from 15/04 to 30/10 (heated from 01/05 to 10/09) - secured by an electric roller shutter.
