First floor: 2 beamed bedrooms 15 and 17 sq.m. (beds 180x200), office area 13 sq.m., possibility of extra bed, shower room (double shower) with WC. Outdoor stone terrace. Stone well, garden overlooking meadows and Forest 1000 m² accessible if the adjoining barn, which is a Holiday cottage, is not rented separately. Otherwise 300 m2 of reserved garden.

Electricity: Flat rate of 40KW/ day (period 01/10-31/03) 15 other periods, invoiced beyond that.
