Pleasant single-storey Holiday cottage surrounded by greenery in a large park 5 minutes' walk from the heart of Argentat.
Three bedrooms: one with a 160 cm articulated bed, another with a 160 cm bed and the third with 2 90 cm beds. Large, fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave) opening onto private terrace, and communicating with spacious living room. Shower room with WC.

Shared Piscine (with owners and tenants of Holiday cottage L'Oustal - 19G5012). Open from June 01 to September 15. Piscine dimensions 8m/4m and 1.90m deep (gradual slope).
