Our Holiday cottage Le petit Air is located 3 km or 5 minutes from Argentat sur Dordogne, in Chadiot, a charming village with winegrowing vestiges.
In these wild woods, surprises can enchant those who take the time to observe...
Who knows, maybe a deer, a fox or some mushrooms!
Le Petit Air Holiday cottage comprises:
First floor:
A beautiful living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
First floor:
1 bedroom with a 160cm bed opening onto a shower room ( Italian shower ) with wc and a second bedroom with a 90cm bed.
Piscine 6x3 Depth from 1m20 to 1m80
Open and/or closed by a removable cover, you can enjoy the Piscine from April to the end of October!
For your information, it will be shared with the other 6-person Holiday cottage "L' Air du Paradis".
You'll also find a large cellar-laundry room, a barn, bike and/or motorcycle storage, 1 gaming room (table tennis, table soccer, mini-billiards, darts), badminton, boules court.....

5/5Gite de grande qualité,ou tout est au top,déco et confort à disposition vélos barbecue ping ping et beaucoup d'autres Nous reviendrons,dans une période un peu moins chaude.... Endroit paisible et des propriétaires accueillant et très dévoué

Un vrai petit air de paradis
5/5Très belle réalisation.Situé dans un joli hameau en impasse.Calme et tranquilité assurée.Très confortable, très bien équipé et décoré avec soin.Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles.
La région est superbe, bref des vacances idéales!

4/5Séjour à Argentat sur Dordogne
Séjour très agréable avec un très bon accueil du propriétaire et en plus des cadeaux de bienvenue nous attendais Environnement du gîte au calme au fond d’une petite vallée Il est très confortable et bien équipé (ne manque rien) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec balade à pied, VTT, visites de sites et de très bons restaurants pour la deuxième année consécutive
