9 kms from Uzerche, "the Pearl of the Limousin", this former sheepfold has been converted into a self-contained gîte, with its own private swimming pool.
If you're looking for calm and relaxation, this is the place for you.
Come and enjoy the terrace, the 10x5 swimming pool (approx. 1m60 deep) with alarm, and the large garden with unobstructed views over the countryside.
Lake with water sports activities 7km away Numerous walks, bike rides and horse rides in the surrounding Limousin countryside
This charming, beautifully renovated 45m2 former sheepfold comprises:
On the ground floor, a 29m2 open-plan living room/kitchen.
In this living room, a sofa-bed can accommodate an additional person.
Access to shower room /WC with a small step.
Upstairs you'll find a comfortable attic bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and a slightly sloping staircase.
The Holiday cottage opens directly onto a large terrace with outdoor shower and Piscine overlooking the surrounding countryside.
It also has a petanque court.
Parking available on the property. No charging station for electric cars... (the nearest is 5 kms away)
At the end of a small road leading to a hamlet of 3 houses, the Holiday cottage is set in a 2-hectare property, the main house of which, a little out of the way, is occupied year-round by the owner's parents.

5/5Nous avons passé des vacances absolument parfaites. Si vous êtes à la recherche de calme pour vos vacances vous êtes au bon endroit.
Michele et Bernard sont accueillants et prévenants, le gite est très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien à notre confort.
Piscine privée géniale, d'autant plus en cette période de canicule ! Plein de balades à faire alentours, nous reviendrons avec plaisir, merci encore pour votre accueil et bisous à Cara et à Oscar.

Séjour magnifique : calme et randonnées
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et ont tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. La maison est très sympa avec piscine et l'endroit était très calme. On peut y trouver de nombreux documents dont des cartes IGN ou des livres avec chemins de randonnée et cela nous a été très utile.
