The house features a large, bright living room, a welcoming dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Heating is provided by a heat pump. A ping-pong table is also available. For swimming enthusiasts, the Étang de Laborde is around 2 km away.
