The house features a large, bright living room, a welcoming dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, and a modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, while a second bedroom also has a 140 cm bed. A second shower room and separate toilet are also available. A convivial area, furnished with comfortable armchairs and a table with chairs, is perfect for sharing moments around board games. A ping-pong table is also available. For swimming enthusiasts, the Étang de Laborde is around 2 km away.
