The 33-hectare Etang du Prévot, located in Clergoux, 9 mins from Champagnac La Noaille, is perfect for relaxing and swimming on a fine summer's day (supervised swimming from mid-July to mid-August, 2pm to 7pm, fishing, kids' games).
On the first floor, this charming stone Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet and a relaxation room with a 5-seater Jacuzzi, table soccer and darts.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms: two with double beds (140x190) and one with a pull-out bed (90x190) that can accommodate an extra person, plus a shower room with toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a 1,000m² garden, a terrace and on-property parking.

Bien accueilli, endroit calme et reposant de bon spot de rando et de belles visites à proximité, le gîte est parfait silencieux et reposant le jacuzzi est un plus avec le baby foot et fléchettes moment convivial quand on reviens de balade, visite, rando.....
Marion est toujours disponible pour une info, cuisine bien équipé nous n'avons pas eu froid malgré le temps extérieur chambre confortable le plancher craque un peu (d'origine c'est normal )deux salles de bains nickel très bon séjour on le conseillera- Cleanliness

Camille Séjour très agréable
Séjour très agréable dans ce joli gîte bien renové et bien ammenénagé. Le logement est bien placé, très au calme et pr9che à la fois d'Egletons et des forêts, lacs, chemins de randonnées et rapidement accessible pour également aller rayonner en Haute-Corrèze.
La maison est bien équipée pour cuisiner et le jacuzzi idéal en fin de journée pour se délasser après les randos.
Le calme règne dans ce bourg et nous nous sommes vraiment reposés.- Cleanliness

Les Côtedorriens A découvrir
Accueillis chaleureusement dans une ambiance sympathique, mariage astucieux de moderne et d'ancien, nous avons passé un week-end confortable et douillet. Le gite rénové à neuf était vraiment plaisant. C'est une adresse à retenir et à faire connaitre.

Gîte très agréable aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur.
Ne pas hésiter si vous souhaitez passer une semaine au calme et découvrir les chemins de randonnées !

Chloe excellent
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme, dans un gite magnifique où rien ne manque, récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi. La région est superbe et beaucoup d'excursions sont possibles à proximité, de quoi satisfaire toute la famille. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes accueillants et très sympathiques.
Le plus: la salle de jeu avec babyfoot, fléchettes et spa, parfait après une belle journée de balade!- Cleanliness
