This pretty thatched cottage is located 10 minutes from Lake Marcillac-la-Croisille (all shops), 5 minutes from the Dordogne gorges and 15 minutes from Egletons. This charming, comfortable Holiday cottage has been entirely designed using natural, ecological, quality materials: thatch roof, lime/hemp interior insulation, walnut kitchen, travertine stone floor, wooden staircases... noble materials that will immerse you in a world of exoticism.

After a few steps, you'll enter the Holiday cottage (raised ground floor) and enter the fully-equipped kitchen with quality equipment, and the living room with comfortable armchair by the stove, desk area, TV and WIFI (fiber). Possibility of 2 extra beds. On the same level, you'll have access to a beautiful 20m2 raised wooden terrace.
On the first floor, you'll find an extra bed (BZ 140), a separate toilet and a washing machine. Outside, you'll enjoy private parking, a 1500 m2 unoverlooked garden with garden furniture, barbecue and, above all, a magnificent view over the neighboring meadows.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed (linen provided, 1st bed made) and a separate bathroom with bathtub.
Pets allowed under certain conditions.
Cleaning charge €60. Wood: 60€. Electricity extra charge over 8 Kwh / day (meter reading).
